Sometimes, You Just Outgrow People!

Sometimes, the hardest thing about moving on is letting go.  It might seem as if what you have with you, should be able to move on with you.  Unfortunately, that's not always the case.  Somethings what we have won't fit into the new place where we are going and we have to get rid of them.  Unfortunately, this happens with people also.  "Get rid of people?" it seems so harsh; not entirely.  It doesn't mean you're better than those people, not even that you don't love or care for them any more, the truth of the matter is they are not going where you are going.  You n longer have capacity of the things or some of the people.  I am still acquainted with some of my friends from grade school.  However, when it was time for us to go from grade school to high school, we basically went separate ways, not forgetting those friends, we just made new friends.  All our desires and dreams began to expand, we outgrew the grade school desires and outgrew those friends or that level of friendship.  Change is a big part of growth; it's necessary. I believe voids are needful events, voids helps us to examine the empty spaces and what was occupying the space. Voids are needful; because it causes us to re-evaluate.  If no voids ever take place, we would stay at status quo. It's necessary for us to grow, grow out, grow beyond; expand.  Everything and everybody should be assigned to a meaningful use/purpose in our lives. I think while we grow, we should learn from the experience.  Eventually, my grade school friends and I reconnected. We are all now more mature, experienced and wiser. We laugh about the people we were back then. There was so much expansion in each of us. I think it helps us in a way to monitor our own growth. Change is good and it's necessary.   Eventually, there's always a lesson to be learned.  Just remember, in order to grow, we have to let go!  It is necessary.
Keep growing!!
